I am a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping you tune out the noise and create your own version of personalized nutrition.

I believe the path to health involves looking beyond weight and nutrients, and also encompasses exploring digestion and liver health, hormones, movement, body image, sleep, and mental health. I work with my clients to create a unique plan based on their personality, lifestyle, family, and environment that will be sustainable and nourishing. My goal is to equip clients with the tools and support to be able to create and adjust their own plan as life changes.  

My educational and professional path has been diverse, including time in psychology, neuroscience, public health, dietetics, and the culinary world. I began my nutrition career working to ensure all community members have access to and can enjoy a variety of healthy foods. In the last twelve years, I have directed my energy towards helping individuals explore wellness and discover their own nourishing, life-giving practices. I believe health encompasses so much more than food. In my work with clients, we spend time exploring things like community support, mental health, body image, sleep, skin, gut health, hormones, and food habits. 

My process requires observation, curiosity, exploration, and stillness, as we work together to discover how best to nourish your body and mind. And as a research lover, I am committed to using evidence-based approaches, but combine these with over ten years of n=1 evidence and approaches from my own clients' success.   In my personal life, I am a wife and mom to three amazing little people. I love to be active and find joy in moving my body. I have personally struggled with hormone and digestive issues while supporting my family and growing a business. I believe that understanding your passions, values and priorities is an integral part of health change. 

Biography

Katherine Andrew is a Registered Dietitian with over 15 years of experience working with individuals and communities towards better health.  

She believes the path to truly flourishing involves looking beyond the basics but also involves exploring digestion, hormones, liver health, movement, skin, body image, sleep, and mental health. Katherine listens and gets to know you better in order to create a unique plan based on your personality, lifestyle, family, and environment that will be sustainable and nourishing.  Katherine will help you create a plan and structure that will produce real results without restriction or obsession with diet and food.  

Originally from Florida, Katherine earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and a graduate degree in Public Health Nutrition from the University of North Carolina.  A combination of Katherine’s creativity, science oriented brain, and love for food led her to a career in nutrition - but with her own spin on things.  She has always had a passion for helping men and women thrive and loves helping individuals better understand themselves and create a plan that helps them feel their best.
